30 Day Return Policy Terms and Conditions

  1. Customer must notify POS Portal of any product return by email (yourfriends@posportal.com) within 30 days of the original ship date.
  2. Details for the reason of return should be provided upon request. Product or hardware returned because of defect will be issued a call tag.
  3. POS Portal will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to place inside your shipment, as well as to be displayed on the outside of the package. Any package returned without an RMA number cannot be accepted and may result in service delays.
  4. All packages must be double boxed with the original product packaging inside and the RMA number clearly written on outside box. Product box must be clean and undamaged, complete with all manuals, cables, etc. just as you received.
  5. Equipment must be returned within 30 days of receiving the RMA Number from POS Portal.
  6. Refund will be issued for the amount of the original purchase price, excluding:
    • A restocking fee of up to $100 per device. In the case that the restocking fee is greater than the credit amount to be issued, a 25% restocking fee per device will be applied.
    • The cost of any services including but not limited to; encryptions, injections, application loads and terminal programming
    • The cost of any accessories included in the original package that are not returned.
    • The original shipping and handling as specified in the customer’s order.
  7. Accessories and consumables are non-refundable.
  8. All products purchased on POS Portal “Closeouts” are “as-is” and cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded.

30 Day Replacement Terms and Conditions

  1. Customer must request all replacements by email (yourfriends@posportal.com) within 30 days of the original ship date.   
  2. Details for the reason of replacement should be provided upon request.
  3. POS Portal will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to place inside your shipment, as well as to be displayed on the outside of the package. Any package returned without an RMA number cannot be accepted and may result in service delays.
  4. All packages must be double boxed with the original product packaging inside and the RMA number clearly written on outside box. Product box must be clean and undamaged, complete with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc. received in original package.
  5. Equipment must be returned within 30 days of receiving the RMA Number from POS Portal.
  6. A replacement device will be provided based on the original order configuration
    • POS Portal is not responsible for encryption, application load and terminal programming selection errors.
    • If the product is tested and the problem cannot be duplicated a fee may be charged
    • If the product is damaged or incompletely returned a fee may be charged
  7. If a product is returned with a password activated that cannot be disabled or a certificate locked, the return cannot be processed, and the product will be returned to you.
  8. All products purchased on POS Portal “Closeouts” are “as-is” and cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded.

*All refurb products are "as-is" and cannot be exchanged or returned. Should the device prove to be defective upon delivery, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from original ship date.
